Being truly happy is not determined by the number of nice things that happen to you. You can find individuals who have lots of money but still feel depressed, you also get folks who have won so many awards but are still not totally happy with their achievements.

In order to be happy from within at all times you have to master how to live with your faults and those of others. Learn to forgive others and move on from things that ain’t good for your brain. And most importantly know to love one another because the more love you give out the more you will receive.
