Being truly happy is not decided by the number of nice stuff that happen to you. You can discover people who have lots of money but still feel depressed, additionally you get people who have won so many awards but are still not really content with their awards.
In order to be happy from the inside all the time you have to master how to live with your faults and those of others. Know to forgive others and move on from things that are not good for your brain. And most importantly learn to love one another because the more love you give out the more you will receive.
