Once you understand that you are bound to make mistakes you then have to understand how to recover positively from all the mistakes you made.

True happiness goes hand in hand with happiness. In order to reduce the likelihood of you being depressed you have to be at ease with what you have. Be content about your family, your job, your house and the things you own. In other words be grateful with what you have and appreciate it.

Life has two sides to it, things that are good to us and things that are bad. One can either do right or do wrong, you will either win or lose and you could either pass or fail at something you are pursuing. What is important is how we take in every situation that happens to us. If something not good happens to you should not take it serious and enable it make you depressed, instead you should learn from it to make you a much better human being.

Being genuinely happy is not identified by the number of good stuff that happen to you. You can find those who have lots of money but still feel depressed, in addition, you get folks who have won so many awards but are still not really content with their achievements.

In order to be happy from the inside all the time you have to learn how to live with your faults and those of other people. Know to forgive others and move on from stuff that ain’t good for your thoughts. And most importantly know to love one another because the more love you give out the more you will receive.
