If you should also be genuinely happy from within you should learn to love yourself and understand the reality you are also a human being and you are not perfect. Once you know that you are bound to make some mistakes you then have to understand how to recover positively from all the mistakes you made.

True happiness goes hand in hand with contentment. In order to reduce the probability of you being depressed you have to be at ease with what you have. Be content about your family, your work place, your house and the things you own. In other words be content with what you got and learn to appreciate it.

Life has 2 sides to it, stuff that is good to us and stuff that is bad. One may either do right or do wrong, you will either win or lose and you will either pass or fail at something you are pursuing. What matters is how we take every situation that happens to us. If something bad happens to you don’t take it serious and enable it make you depressed, instead you must learn from it to make you a much better human being.

Being genuinely happy is not identified by the number of good stuff that happen to you. You can discover those who have lots of money but still feel depressed, you also get folks that have won so many awards but are still not totally happy with their awards.

In order to be happy from within all the time you have to master how to live with your faults and those of other people. Learn to forgive others and move on from stuff that ain’t good for your brain. And most importantly learn to love one another because the more love you give the more you will receive.
