Years ago, I was on a panel discussion led by Phil Cooke. Our topic was “How to Change Organizational Culture.” This is something every leader eventually faces. Phil began the session by stating, “culture triumphs vision.” I agree completely.

Manic disorder is also known as manic depression. A typical mood swings, major depression, shifts in energy levels and an inability for the men or women to function normally in society or in marriages are signs of this ailment. Approximately one % of the citizenry is clinically diagnosed with this disorder annually. It can affect academic growth, careers, and personal relationships badly. Some individuals you may know have certain things happen in their life’s that can be depressing however, you see that person after some days they are looking content and can manage to giggle and revel in themselves. The reason why they don’t appear to be down about life is because they already have learnt that genuine pleasure comes from within.

If you should also be genuinely happy from within you must learn to love yourself and understand the reality you are also an individual and you are not perfect. Once you understand that you are guaranteed to make mistakes you then have to find out how to recover positively from all the mistakes you made.

Real happiness goes hand in hand with contentment. In order to reduce the chances of you being depressed you have to be content with what you have. Be happy about your family, your work, your house and the things you own. In other words be content with what you got and learn to appreciate it.

Life has 2 sides to it, things that are good to us and stuff that is bad. One may either do right or do wrong, you can either win or lose and you may either pass or fail at something you are doing. What is important is how we take in every situation that happens to us. If something bad happens to you don’t take it serious and enable it make you depressed, instead you must learn from it to make you a much better human being.

Being really happy is not identified by the number of good stuff that happen to you. You will discover those who have lots of cash but still feel depressed, in addition, you get folks that have won so many awards but are still not totally happy with their awards.

In order to be happy from the inside at all times you have to learn how to live with your faults and those of others. Know to forgive others and move on from things that are not good for your brain. And most importantly learn to love one another because the more love you give the more you will get back.
