The reason why they do not appear to be down about life is because they already have learnt that real joy comes from the inside.

If you should also be genuinely happy from within you must learn to love yourself and understand the reality you are also a person and you are not perfect. Once you know that you are bound to make a few mistakes you then have to find out how to recover positively from all the mistakes you made.

Real happiness goes hand in hand with satisfaction. In order to reduce the likelihood of you being depressed you have to be at ease with what you have. Be happy about your family, your work place, your home and the things you own. In other words be happy with what you have and learn to appreciate it.

Life has 2 sides to it, stuff that is good to us and stuff that is bad. You can either do right or do wrong, you will either win or lose and you will either pass or fail at something you are doing. What is important is how we take every situation that happens to us. If something bad happens to you should not take it serious and enable it make you depressed, instead you must learn from it to make you a much better person.

Being genuinely happy is not decided by the number of nice things that happen to you. You can discover people who have lots of cash but still feel depressed, you also find people who have won so many awards but are still not really happy with their achievements.

In order to be happy from the inside at all times you have to master how to live with your faults and those of others. Know to forgive others and move on from stuff that are not good for your thoughts. And most importantly know to love the other person because the more love you give the more you will get back.
