If something not good happens to you should not take it serious and enable it make you depressed, instead you must learn from it to make you an improved human being.
Being truly happy is not identified by the number of nice stuff that happen to you. You can discover those who have lots of cash but still feel depressed, in addition, you find folks that have won lots of awards but are still not totally content with their achievements.
In order to be happy from the inside all the time you have to learn how to live with your faults and those of others. Learn to forgive others and move on from stuff that are not good for your brain.
