Once you know that you are bound to make some mistakes you then have to learn how to recover positively from all the mistakes you make.

True happiness goes hand in hand with happiness. In order to reduce the chances of you being depressed you have to be content with what you have. Be happy about your family, your work place, your house and the things you own. In other words be content with what you got and appreciate it.

Life has two sides to it, stuff that is good to us and things that are bad. One can either do right or do wrong, you can either win or lose and you will either pass or fail at something you are pursuing. What is important is how we take every situation that happens to us. If something bad happens to you should not take it serious and let it make you depressed, instead you should learn from it to make you an improved person.

Being genuinely happy is not decided by the number of nice stuff that happen to you. You can find those who have lots of money but still feel depressed, in addition, you get folks that have won so many awards but are still not really content with their awards.

In order to be happy from within all the time you have to master how to live with your faults and those of other people. Learn to forgive others and move on from things that are not good for your brain. And most importantly learn to love the other person because the more love you give the more you will get back.
