My Team Took the Challenge, and Loved It
In June, some of the Michael Hyatt & Company team signed up for our first month-long mindfulness challenge. Folks meditated every day and reported back in a special Slack channel on what worked and didn’t work for them, and whether or not they found it worthwhile.

surviving as a human in this earth is not a fairly easy thing to do, at times the world can seem like its falling down on you and you have no location to go. As you have a look around you see people living happy and fascinating lives which makes you ponder why your life is so depressing.
Many people you may know have some things happen in their life’s that could be depressing however, you see that person after a few days they are looking content and can manage to giggle and enjoy themselves. The reason behind why they do not seem to be to be depressed about life is because they already have learnt that genuine pleasure comes from within.
If you also want to be really happy from the inside you should learn to love yourself and understand the fact that you are also a person and you are not perfect. Once you understand that you are destined to make mistakes you then have to find out how to recover positively from all the mistakes you make.
True happiness goes hand in hand with contentment. In order to reduce the likelihood of you being depressed you have to be quite happy with what you have. Be content about your family, your work place, your home and the some stuff you own. In other words be content with what you have and appreciate it.
Life has two sides to it, stuff that is good to us and things that are bad. One can either do right or do wrong, you will either win or lose and you will either pass or fail at something you are pursuing. What is important is how we take in every situation that happens to us. If something not good happens to you should not take it serious and enable it make you depressed, instead you should learn from it to make you an improved person.
Being truly happy is not determined by the number of nice things that happen to you. You can find those who have lots of cash but still feel depressed, additionally you find folks who have won lots of awards but are still not totally happy with their achievements.
In order to be happy from the inside all the time you have to master how to accept your faults and those of others. Learn to forgive others and move on from stuff that are not good for your brain. And most importantly know to love the other person because the more love you give out the more you will get back.
