Being truly happy is not determined by the number of good things that happen to you. You will find people who have lots of cash but still feel depressed, in addition, you get people who have won lots of awards but are still not totally happy with their achievements.

In order to be happy from the inside at all times you have to learn how to accept your faults and those of other people. Learn to forgive others and move on from things that are not good for your thoughts. And most importantly know to love the other person because the more love you give out the more you will receive.
