Life has two sides to it, stuff that is good to us and things that are bad. One can either do right or do wrong, you will either win or lose and you may either pass or fail at something you are pursuing. What is important is how we take in every situation that happens to us. If something bad happens to you don’t take it serious and enable it make you depressed, instead you must learn from it to make you a much better human being.

Being truly happy is not identified by the number of good stuff that happen to you. You can discover people who have lots of money but still feel depressed, in addition, you find folks that have won so many awards but are still not really happy with their awards.

In order to be happy from the inside at all times you have to master how to live with your faults and those of others. Learn to forgive others and move on from stuff that ain’t good for your brain. And most importantly learn to love the other person because the more love you give out the more you will receive.
