Some people you may know have some things happen in their life’s that can be depressing however, you see that person after a few days they are looking happy and can manage to giggle and enjoy themselves. The reason behind why they don’t seem to be to be depressed about life is because they already have learnt that real happiness comes from within.
If you should also be really happy from the inside you must learn to love yourself and understand the reality you are also a person and you are not perfect. Once you know that you are bound to make some mistakes you then have to understand how to recover positively from all the mistakes you make.
True happiness goes hand in hand with contentment. In order to reduce the likelihood of you being depressed you have to be quite happy with what you have. Be content about your family, your work, your home and the things you own. In other words be content with what you got and learn to appreciate it.
