If something bad happens to you should not take it serious and enable it make you depressed, instead you should learn from it to make you an improved person.

Being truly happy is not determined by the number of nice things that happen to you. You can discover people who have lots of money but still feel depressed, you also get folks who have won lots of awards but are still not totally happy with their achievements.

In order to be happy from the inside all the time you have to learn how to accept your faults and those of others. Learn to forgive others and move on from things that are not good for your brain. And most importantly know to love the other person because the more love you give out the more you will receive.
